Second, the principle of PCF filter
During the filtration process, the filaments are pressed by the rotary machine so that the pores in the longitudinal direction of the filaments become smaller, the suspended solids in the water are blocked and left outside the filaments, and the cleaned treated water is obtained after filtration. When the suspended dirt (impurities) trapped in the filter increases, the amount of treated water drops, and when the pressure reaches the set value, it automatically enters the backwashing process.
During the backwashing, the filter press is relaxed, so that the pores of the filter fiber are in a relaxed state, backwashed with compressed air and treated water, the dirt is removed through the discharge pipe, and then automatically enters the filtration process to achieve decontamination.
